THE PRODUCTS ARE SALE IN PREORDER

Please allow 6 to 8 weeks for shipping to the US, CANADA, UK and FRANCE. 

Tracking : you will receive a tracking email as soon as your package is shipped, allowing you to easily track your order to your doorstep.

Once your order is shipped and tracking information is provided, we can assist in tracking your package. However, we are not responsible for any loss, theft, or incorrect delivery once the package has been dispatched.

Policy on lost or undelivered packages

At SANDAZ, we are committed to shipping your orders as quickly as possible. However, once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, the responsibility for its delivery lies solely with the carrier. SANDAZ cannot be held responsible for any loss, delays, or delivery errors caused by shipping companies or local postal services.

In the event of a lost or undelivered package, please follow the steps below:

1. Package marked as delivered but not received

Please first contact the carrier to request proof of delivery (such as a photo, signature, or delivery confirmation).

  • If proof of delivery is provided, we unfortunately will not be able to issue a refund or send a replacement. In such cases, we strongly encourage you to file a claim directly with the carrier.
  • If no proof of delivery is available or if the proof is questionable, we recommend filing a claim directly with the carrier as the recipient.

2. Package officially declared lost by the carrier
If the carrier confirms that your package has been lost, we will invite you to submit a formal claim with them for compensation. We are happy to assist you in this process if needed.

Customs duties and taxes

All applicable customs duties and import fees, taxes, and any other charges and fees are the responsibility of the customer (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery). These charges are imposed by your local customs. We ship your package "duties and taxes unpaid," and we do not collect VAT, duties, and/or taxes, nor can we predict what your particular charges may be. These charges vary for each country and locality. If your order requires these additional charges, they must be paid by you for your package to clear customs. Some countries may require additional fees paid on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis. Again, these fees are paid to the local customs and are not collected by Sandaz. Sandaz has no control over customs/import duties. The recipient (you) of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all import fees. If you refuse a shipment from Sandaz, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any customs/duty fees incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Sandaz, or the package will be abandoned and disposed of by the carrier without refund. In the case of gifts or other purchases made on behalf of another recipient, you agree to grant the aforementioned authorizations on behalf of the designated recipient in your order. For details regarding actual Import Fees, or to obtain documents or receipts related to customs clearance, you can contact the carrier specified in your shipping confirmation email.
